Terms of Trade

For orders processed through this website or via direct contact with us we despatch orders from Melbourne on Friday of each week and will contact you via email if for some reason this isn't possible. Please let us know if you wish your order despatched sooner than this.

Delivery charges

Orders to be delivered within Australia are shipped free of charge, using Australia Post's regular parcel delivery service, and can be delivered to any street address or post-office box Australia-wide. You should expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 working days of the Friday following your order placement.

International shipping rates vary by title, and will be calculated before you check out. International orders are sent sea-mail, and can take 6-12 weeks to be delivered.

Returns

We will refund or replace faulty or damaged goods. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
