Shipping

We despatch orders from Melbourne on Friday of each week and will contact you via email if for some reason this isn't possible. Please let us know if you wish your order despatched sooner than this.

Orders to be delivered within Australia are shipped free of charge, using Australia Post's regular parcel delivery service, and can be delivered to any street address or post-office box Australia-wide. You should expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 working days of the Friday following your order placement.

International orders

International shipping rates are now calculated during the checkout process.

Fax and postal orders

Those preferring to order by mail or fax, can download and return our mail order form.

Returns

We will refund or replace faulty or damaged goods. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
